Description

ELAN (Van Diemen) DPO2 with very little track time and race history. Beautiful Audi red over silver race car built on full composite monocoque with inegral fuel cell. The chassis conforms to current F3/FIA regulations and the cockpit conforms to current Formula 3 safety regulations. The Ford Duratec 2.3 liter, 4 cylinder, 16 valve engine is delivered by Elan Power Products and produces 215+ BHP, 185+ ft/lbs torque. Chassis 002 is in excellent condition, brand new rebuilt engine with only dyno break-in time on motor. Car has a total history of 2 SCCA Club races with no crash damage. The car is ready to club race in SCCA CSR class or add tunnels for IMSA Lites ALMS Series. (2 sets of dry wheels and tires, 1 set of rains, both gear sets and mimimal spares package included + custom car cover)

History

Chassis 002 delivered by Comprent Motorsports in 2006. Primarily driver development and track day car, last raced at MSR Houston 11/07 in SCCA CSR Class.
